Vine Street CRA

The Vine Street CRA (VSCRA) area encompasses 1,064 acres of non-residential space, 6 million gross square feet of commercial space, and a potential of over 250 million total square feet of commercial space.

The VSCRA corridor is also a historic area, where the natural landscapes of Shingle Creek and Lake Tohopekaliga provide scenic, eye-catching views. Residents and guests are invited to venture vine and discover the many opportunities for new development

CRA Boundaries

The Vine Street CRA extends one-quarter mile of Vine Street (HW 192) on the north and on the south, to N. Bass Road on the west, and to Denn John Lane on the east.

It includes major destinations like:

• Shingle Creek Regional Park
• Major commercial centers
• Kissimmee Medial Arts District (central portion of the district)
• Valencia College
