Need to request a film permit for a project in City of Kissimmee limits?

The Orlando Film Commission is responsible for processing Film Permit applications for those requesting to shoot a video, film, or take commercial photographs in public areas within City of Kissimmee limits.

Please note that film permits must be submitted five business days before the video production.

You only need to file for a film permit if you are recording a video or film or taking commercial photographs with a crew of four or more.

Upon receiving the application, the Film Commission reviews the requested services and coordinates efforts with various City departments. It is not unusual for an applicant to request security from the Police Department, road closures from the Traffic Division, or the use of a public park managed by the Parks & Recreation Department. The City Manager must authorize these activities.
