Want to create a vendor profile in our system?

Vendors can take advantage of the City's Vendor Self-Servie Portal. This system allows the City to streamline our procurement process and utilize technology to better communicate with vendors.

Step 1.Register your vendor account

If this is your first time visiting the city's vendor portal, you must create a user ID and password.

For first-time vendors, you will need your Federal ID number. (A vendor number will be issued once you register.)

If you have done business with the City in the past via a Purchase Order, please email procurement@kissimmee.govfor your vendor number.

Step 2.Use your vendor profile

Use the Vendor Self-Service portal to create your vendor account. You can use this portal to access your vendor information and records. All transactions will be available for you to view online. You also can update your profile, which includes address, contact information, and commodities information.

We ask that you list an email address that will be monitored consistently by appropriate personnel who handle purchase orders as your primary email address. Any other email addresses for other contacts (i.e., AP, Customer Service, etc.) can be entered as additional contacts during registration or updating the Vendor Self-Service process.
