General Pension Board

The General Pension Board offers guidance on the General employees' pension program.

• Seven-member board: two members appointed by the City Manager, two elected by the majority of the general employees who are employed by the City and are members of the system, one appointed by the TOHO Water Authority (TWA) Executive Director, one elected by the majority of TWA employees who are employed by TWA and are members of the system, and a 7th member who the previous six members select
• 7th member is selected by the Pension Board and presented to the City Commission for ministerial approval
