Looking for Promoters for 2025 Festivals at Kissimmee Lakefront Park

The City of Kissimmee Parks and Recreation Department is actively seeking promoters to host cultural, educational, music, and art festivals at Kissimmee Lakefront Park in 2025. Available months for these events include May, August, and September.
Proposals will be evaluated based on specific criteria, with detailed information and scoring methods available at kissimmee.gov/eventsRFI. The final decision on which promoters, companies, or organizations will receive the special event license agreement will be made by the Parks and Recreation Director or their designee.
Interested parties should submit their proposals to Matt Libby by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024. Proposals can be sent via mail or email using the information below:

This Request for Information (RFI) process will be conducted annually. Selected promoters and organizations will be featured in the Lakefront Park Events & Festivals Annual Calendar, which runs from January to December.

Buscando Promotores para los Festivales de 2025 en Kissimmee Lakefront Park
El Departamento de Parques y Recreación de la Ciudad de Kissimmee está buscando promotores para organizar festivales culturales, educativos, musicales y artísticos en el Kissimmee Lakefront Park en 2025. Los meses disponibles para estos eventos incluyen mayo, agosto y septiembre.
