The Quail Hollow Park Community Garden is located at Quail Hollow Park at 1716 Woodcrest Blvd. More than just a garden, it's a vibrant community initiative dedicated to sustainable and organic gardening practices, fostering unity among neighbors like you. The City of Kissimmee Parks & Recreation Department's mission with Quail Hollow Park Community Garden is to promote sustainable and organic gardening methods that benefit our environment and well-being. Together, we cultivate a thriving garden that enhances our neighborhood's beauty and encourages active community involvement.

Step 2.Understand our garden's offerings

Our Community Garden at Quail Hollow Park offers three plots of different sizes, meeting your specific gardening needs. All prices listed below are per unit and do not include tax. 

  • 10 x 10-foot in-ground plot: $126
  • 4 x 12-foot in-ground plot: $48
  • 5 x 6-foot raised bed plot: $72

To reserve your garden plot, please complete the Community Garden Plot License Agreement at Kissimmee City Hall, located at: 

101 Church Street, Suite 330

Additional Community Garden Details

Common Areas: Adjacent to individual plots, we've designed shared spaces with tables, benches, and shelters for workshops and educational programs.

Composting and Waste: Our garden emphasizes eco-friendly practices. We provide designated composting areas to minimize waste and enhance soil health. We also provide garbage cans for debris. Gardeners shall deposit any debris in garbage cans.

Water Conservation: We promote responsible water usage through efficient irrigation systems and water-saving techniques among gardeners. Water only your assigned plot, and do not let water drip or flood other plots or paths.Conserve water whenever possible by hand watering and using mulch. Gardeners must ensure that any water faucet utilized for gardening is completely turned off after their plots are watered. 

Harvesting: Monitor your plots frequently so that food is not wasted. If you cannot use all of your harvest before it spoils, consider using the share table or donating excess food to the Osceola County Counsel on Aging. Harvest only from your assigned plot(s). If you suspect vegetable/garden theft, please get in touch with the Parks and Recreation Department. If you see that another garden is letting food spoil in the garden, don't pick it up without explicit permission from the plot owner.
