Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where road issues are handled by Osceola's County Road and Bridge Division. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

2. Enter your address
3. Under description, include information about where the depression in the road is located and how large it is.
4. Add an image of the depression if possible
5. Enter your contact info
